A hundred years hence, will there be markers commemorating where we had

borrowed a book? Will there be symbols pointing out our former dwellings and

recreated facsimiles of our abodes? Will our earlier writings be preserved,

childhood books and clothes, journals and cursive handwriting? And if they lack

the original will they write “this is similar to … or this is of the period.....” ?
